Our soap bars go through a curing process of minimum 4 weeks before being released for sale, allowing the saponification process to complete and any traces of lye to be fully neutralised, resulting in a bar of soap which is hard and long-lasting.  

To enjoy your soap for longer, use a draining soap dish and allow the bar to dry in-between uses. Store soap bars unwrapped in their boxes or wrapped in breathable materials in a dry, cool place. Exposure to air promotes hardening of the soap and will help prolong the life of your bar.

Our soaps are coloured using botanical powders, vegetable purées, and clays. As with all natural colors, they will gradually fade over time, especially when exposed to sunlight.

Shelf life of our soaps is between 12-24 months and we recommend using the soap during this time for the best experience. Some fragrances may fade faster, but will return when the bar is in use.
